The Volunteer’s Special Team is a group of like-minded Hasar volunteers who are dedicated to performing special tasks. They have a focal point that serves as a bridge between the group and Hasar’s ongoing tasks, allowing them to help process tasks faster. This team creates a good atmosphere for volunteers to collaborate on tasks and make an outstanding impact on the community. With their commitment and hard work, they are an essential part of Hasar’s mission to positively impact the environment, combat climate change, and create a sustainable future for the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Our group is a community collaboration initiative that aims to increase accessibility and enhance understanding by providing high-quality translations of documents in different languages. We operate through a network of qualified volunteers who are passionate about bridging the communication gap and making information more accessible. Our mission is to improve communication and engagement between individuals and organizations, and to foster a strong volunteer community. We value diversity, respect, and accountability in everything we do. A group of passionate volunteers has teamed up with the Hasar Organization to support the groundbreaking Net-Zero Water Consumption project in Erbil City. Their dedication to the transformative approach to water management is driven by a desire to secure sustainable water resources for generations to come. By leveraging managed consumption, wastewater recycling, and managed aquifer recharge, the project aims to achieve net-zero water consumption by 2030. With support from leading institutions and corporates, including Szeged University and Cihan Bank, and the Kurdistan Regional Government, the project is making progress towards its goals. These volunteers are proud to be part of the solution and are committed to ensuring the success of the Net-Zero Water Consumption project.
The MillionOaks project in Erbil City is not just a vision, but it is also becoming a reality. A group of volunteers dedicated to the cause is working tirelessly to support the Hasar Organization in their efforts to plant one million trees by 2025. These volunteers understand the impact of climate change and the need for immediate action to combat its effects. They are a diverse group, consisting of students, professionals, and nature enthusiasts, who have come together to make a difference. Their hard work and commitment have helped in securing the support of Cihan University, the Rwanga Foundation, and the Kurdistan Regional Government. Moreover, corporate sponsors like ShaMaran Petroleum Corp. have joined the cause, recognizing the significance of the initiative.
